Araminga Ltd was founded in 2005 to help meet the growing demand from mobile networks and telemetry companies, for quality assured installations. Araminga Ltd has secured contracts with many of the established market leaders in both the Mobile Cellular and Vehicle Tracking markets, establishing itself as a professional and flexible business partner which adds real value by impacting positively on their customer retention. This desire to add real value has led Araminga Ltd to create a multi-skilled engineering force, able to install a broad range of communication systems and telematic solutions. This has enabled our customers to embrace new technologies and solutions, in order to respond to their ever changing business demands.

Company Structure
Steve Chrich and Simon Pears, the founders of Araminga Ltd, have over 30 years experience in the installation sector of Vehicle Security, Cellular and Telemactics, and are supported by an experienced and dedicated management team. Peter Jolliffe, Financial Director, has almost twenty years experience as an accountant, and an in depth knowledge of business. David Searle, has 18 years experience in the management of installation engineers, installation training and the project management of installations for large corporations.

Administration
Araminga Ltd offers a Call Centre facility to handle calls from 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Saturday inclusive. Bookings from anywhere in the UK can be made through dedicated account managers. Araminga Ltd operates an entirely paperless booking system, which offers major benefits to clients, i.e.
- Availability of an online booking facility if required.
- Enhanced reporting against SLA standards.
- Online clear-down, leading to fast, accurate, invoicing.
- Online monitoring of engineers.

Engineering Resource
One of Araminga’s greatest assets is its expanding engineering resource that upholds the core philosophy of the founders Steve Chrich and Simon Pears, in providing the highest level of customer service through first class workmanship. The company currently operates with an engineering capacity of ten engineers, with plans to increase this number through 2006.
This attention to detail ensures Araminga Ltd delivers on its aim of gaining and maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.

Quality Control
Quality is at the core of the philosophy of Araminga Ltd
- All Engineers carry out and work to Arminga Ltd’s own in-house procedures, VSIB guidelines and the European MPT 1362 standard.
- A dedicated complaints procedure has enabled Araminga Ltd to offer prompt and appropriate remedial action, wherever necessary.
- Where required, Araminga’s installation process undergoes a risk assessment ensuring its customers do not encounter any unnecessary risks or problems.
- Araminga’s certificate of public liability insurance covers each engineer to a level of £5 million..

SLA Engineering Standards
- All work for carried out by Araminga’s engineers will be in accordance with both the VSIB guidelines and the European Standard, MPT 1362.
- Araminga Ltd will warranty its workmanship and carry any financial costs arising from poor workmanship.
- Araminga Ltd Engineers will be punctual, courteous and polite and will assist customers whenever possible.
- All Engineers will be appropriately attired and have a clean and professional image.
- Thorough pre and post installation checks will be carried out on all vehicles to ensure quality standards.
- Engineers will take the utmost care to ensure that site safety is not compromised whilst any installation work is undertaken.
